DENNY RYDER
trained at The Central School of Acting and at the Royal College of Music and boasts a five octave voice rance. He is a regular singer with BBC Radio 4 Stop The Week and Start the Week. He has appeared in repertory in Salisbury, Liverpool, Burmingham and Windsor and in cabaret at all the major cabaret high spots, including Talk of the Town, Pigalle, and Savoy. He has appeared on TV spectaculars with Shirley Bassey, Cleo Laine, Bruce Forsythe and with the Mitchell Minstrels at the Victoria Palace. He also worked for one year in cabaret with his wife in South Africa. Dnny has recently finsihed Disraeli for ATV and also The Boyfriend at Chelmsfrd where he plyed opposite Elizabeth Larner. |
MARK PENFOLD
studied at Oxford University and then trained at Bristol Old Vic School. He has appeared in repertory in Newcastle, Theatre 69, Sheffield, Watford Palace andGreenwich. From 1972 to 1974 he formed the Portable Theatre Workshop Company which toured Britain and Europe with specially commissioned work by Snoo Wilson (Vampire) and David Edgar (Operation Israka). Since then he has worked at the Oxfored
Playhouse appearing the Brecht's Happy End, Traverse Theatre,
Edinburgh where he was actor and director, Bush Theatre, where
he appeared in German Skerries by Robert Holman, Birmingham Arts
Lab, where he was director and Oxford Playhouse where he appeared
in Threepenny Opera and Sergeant Musgrave's Dance. Television
includes, Open University and Macduff in Macbeth.
Films include Overlord and Silver Bears (yet to be released).
